A solid oak coffee table in the mid-century monastery/refectory style, with a distinctive rounded "surfboard" top and a sturdy trestle base. Made from three generous solid oak planks, the top shows beautiful natural grain and figuring, while the flat trestle legs and splayed feet are joined by a stretcher rail secured with a decorative through-wedge joint - real traditional joinery, not hidden fixings.
A characterful, well-built piece that brings warmth to a farmhouse, cottage, or traditional living space. Finished in a warm honey-oak tone, with light surface marks and patina consistent with genuine vintage age — nothing structural, just honest character.
